You were/are a breath of fresh air! Your cheerfulness, in a tough situation, your expertise in moving our vehicle, your thoughtfulness in letting us sit in the air conditioning truck, helped turn our “dismal” problem into sunshine!! Oh “yah” the third character was our dog Chelsea!! It took you less than 7 minutes to put our vehicle on your truck and move us out of that “zooooming” situation.

Dear Mr. Roy,
On December 5, 2010, l was out of town on a shopping trip with family and experienced car problems that required me to contact CAA for assistance. My vehicle was not drivable and required a tow operator’s assistance. The purpose of this correspondence is to communicate and acknowledge the individual who was dispatched. The drive’s name was Mite and he was dispatched to the Canadian Tire Service Center in Newmarket at around 4:00 pm.
I would like to share with you that this individual performed his job as a true professional. You should be very pleased to have this individual representing your company and CAA. He was prompt, under inclement weather conditions, polite, and well skilled in his job, I appreciated his efforts to ensure that we were in good hands.
Many thanks to you for representing CAA in such a positive light and for having well qualified staff who are pleasant and professional. Good job!

Attention Supervisor of Membership,
Dear Sir or Madam,
On July 26th, 2007 my parents who are seniors citizens, were out for a drive in their neon when it quit on them in Aurora at the Zellers Plaza on Bay view Avenue. They are members of the CAA Gold Plus and have been for a few years and have always had a great service. I drove up to the mall where they had broken down and Elliot’s Towing was there to rescue or help them as it turned out the car had to be towed.
I spoke to the driver and told him that their car is to be towed to my place of employment at Jackie and Harold’s North York Car and Truck Repairs and that we are were a preferred shop with CAA. The driver’s name from Elliot’s Towing was Cory Fontaine a very pleasant and courteous truck operator. I think he should be recognized for a job and tow well done and please let his company Elliot’s Towing know that he is a great tow truck operator.
It is a pleasure to know that your tow truck driver will do all that is needed to satisfy the customers who were senior citizens.
Please thank Cory for his help and I hope that he will be always thoughtful and courteous as it sure makes a customer feel better.

(Hope I have the right fellow -. you towed a FORD Windstar from Tim Hortons Bradford to? Eagle transmission in Scarborough on Monday January 12th ) For Presiette & Gary Black ) I was a passenger . It was a CAA call.
I am enclosing $20.00 for you. I was stunned when Gary didn’t give you much of a tip after all your kindness and going out of your way I don’t know was he was thinking as we all so appreciated the “extra mile” you went. It turned out to be the cellenoid? receptor and not the entire transmission. We just got back on Friday. It was a cold trip, through storms etc. and cold while there (just north of TAMPA) frost on the lawns.
We were able to exit the 400 southbound at Lloydtown / Aurora Road. Our front right wheel …made it impossible to …any farther. We were pulling a twenty foot house trailer. We called CAA and within 15-20 minutes two of your tow trucks arrived.
One of the drivers was Cory and the other Dave Blanchard.
In no time the trailer was hooked up to the tow truck and the …was put on a dolly and hooked up to the other truck.
The fellow knew what they had to do and in no time we were in our way to our ….in Burlington and then …home with the trailer in tow.
They were kind and friendly and …made this experience a very positive one forever.
